Following a routine mammogram I was referred to the Land D for further screening and a small cancerous tumour in my left breast was diagnosed on 2nd Dec. I had an appointment with Miss Kirkpatrick on 6th Dec. She was friendly and caring and explained very clearly the ensuing treatment I would need and booked me in for surgery just after Christmas. I had a follow up consultation with Miss Kirkpatrick last week when she gave me results. She has an excellent manner when speaking with her patients and I feel very reassured by how she explained everything. I think I was fortunate to be treated by Miss Kirkpatrick.
