Immediately I felt that I was in safe hands, as the procedure was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. Miss Anesti was very reassuring and caring, which helped as I was anxious about the treatment. I felt that I was given enough time during the initial consultations and follow ups and Miss Anesti has continued to monitor my progress. Unfortunately, I have no constructive suggestions, as I felt that I was given an excellent standard of care and that my surgery has been a complete success.
