I felt that when I saw Dr Kerr between 2009-2010,I had an excellent standard of care, and although I have to manage my dry eye condition now, Dr Kerr and her team did their best to treat it, and try to resolve the problem, which they did for the most part.I have nominated Dr Kerr once before for the NHS Lothian Health Heroes Award,( in 2012), but this year would like to try just one more time, and see if I could ' win the panel over',with my description! Keep up the good work,Dr Kerr, you are not in a high position in your professional body for nothing,- well done!

I would like to say that what I liked about Dr Kerr, was her quiet efficiency, and quiet professionalism, as well her kind and sympathetic manner. I think altruism, and wanting to help her patients,to the best of her ability, are very important to her,and an essential part of her job. Great stuff! Keep up the good work, Dr Kerr,- you and your colleagues are a credit to your profession!

Carried out my examination thoroughly and sympathetically but in business like manner. Gave me a clear and understandable explanation of her findings. The appointment was on time and I left more confident in the future than when I arrived.
