Miss Ching was my consultant for nasal surgery in my local hospital Trust.
She was professional throughout, and listened intently as I explained my symptoms, which had been going on for a considerable amount of time.
She explained the procedure including the risks thoroughly and answered my questions. I felt at ease throughout my experience and she was so kind.
Miss Ching saw me in the clinic for a follow-up appointment. Again, she was very professional, listened intently, and was very pleased with the results.
I am now asymptomatic which is wonderful. Its made such a difference to my overall well-being.
I am extremely grateful for the care I received which was a 5star experience overall and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone requiring ENT surgery.
