My 7 year old daughter had her tonsils removed by Miss Hoi-Yi Ching and had an excellent service throughout . The surgery went incredibly well and recovery was better than I could have expected. Miss Ching made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and safe in her hands. She was always happy to answer any questions and put any worries at ease. I highly recommend her!

Miss Ching is friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. My daughter needed a camera inserted up her nose and was very nervous about having this. Miss Ching made my daughter feel very relaxed and calm, to the point she ended up not needing the nasal spray (which was optional) to numb the area! I would highly recommend Miss Ching .

I cannot praise Miss Ching enough. My daughter had glue ear and Miss Ching was able to provide advice and treatment to ensure that the condition was treated without the need for surgery. In addition to this, my daughter has extreme anxiety when going to new places and can often be uncontrollable with her fear. Miss Ching was able to ease my daughters anxiety and make her feel comfortable at every appointment.

We were so impressed by Dr Ching, the whole experience, from consultations to procedure and after care. Everything was always clearly explained and considered for.
