I recently saw Ms Ching at The Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth. I've seen varying ENT consultants on both a private and NHS referral before and despite being a professional, educated woman, I suffer with a bit of 'White coat fever' and often feel tongue tied and pathetic in front of any type of doctor, which often results in me leaving appointments without any understanding of whats going on or even a resolution. Ms Ching was by far the most personable, professional and thorough consultant I've come across in any field. She explained everything that she was doing along with her thoughts. She was efficient and timely yet I didn't feel rushed and I genuinely felt listened to. I feel my sinuses will be safe in her care! I would happily recommend her to anyone suffering with any ENT issues, in fact I already have, and after some time, I actually feel there is light at the end of the tunnel.
