After months & months putting it off to go to a GP because of trying to get an appointment, the time wait etc, my daughter pushed me to go as I was getting worse, since June 2023 I've been on the 2 week pathway, months & months of scrans being delayed, I got an appointment straight away with this lovely amazing Docter Ching, what made it so SPECIAL was she listened to me, heard me, explained everything thing so I could understand, clearly, the next steps, retrieved all my scans, documents, files etc by the next day all withing a week, I burst into tears, the care and the empathy Doctor Ching gave was OUTSTANDING. I was on the verge of giving up if it wasn't for Doctor Ching, I now can see a tiny light at the end, she went above and beyond, I do hope she is awarded. Thank you
