Miss Ching was absolutely fantastic right from the first appointment with my 5 year old grandaughter to surgery and then our follow up ! She was kind approachable , very knowledgeable and spoke to my daughter and grandaughter and myself with kindness respect and fully explained what she was going to do and our follow up was the same she explained everything so so well and so we understood. Her approach with my grandaughter was amazing as she is a nervous child but she bonded with Miss Ching and to us trust goes a long way. She should be commended and is an asset to the NHS we are lucky to have such a great consultant on our ENT team !! Thankyou miss Ching x
