I found Miss Hoi Yi Ching, whilst under pressure, not helped by the fact at our first meeting she had not been handed any notes relating to my condition, very attentive and her eye to detail very reassuring.
On a second visit I discovered she was also an excellent time keeper! Even though, in my opinion, possibly working under difficult, disruptive, circumstances through her unit at the time being housed with another at her hospital. I should make it clear this I learned in answer to a question I raised and not volunteered by her. For her part she appeared to be taking the situation in her stride and her professionalism was obvious.
