Miss Hoi Yi Ching was like a 'breath of fresh air!' in that as soon as I met her I felt I was being listened to and equally I felt that I could ask questions and be answered in a professional but also thoughtful manner...she will spend time explaining things to the patient. She referred me for an MRI quickly. Luckily my medical issue was not serious but I felt if it had been I would feel reassured by having Miss Ching dealing with my treatment.
