When I went to the breast clinic today I didn't have much hope of getting my point across and being understood as I have been to several doctors over the past eight months who simply didn't understand my side of the situation and refused to hear my desperation.
Then I met Miss Ball who totally listened to my points and understood my peril. She was extremely knowledgable and thorough in all that she explained. We discussed my situation and weighed the pro and cons. By the time I left her office I had tears of joy in my eyes and relief knowing that there was a doctor who knew her stuff inside and out and took the time to listen to me.
I only wish there were more caring physicians like Miss Ball out there to share their expertise in such a caring mannor.
