My daughter Aytal Shah swallowed something in Sep2014 and we went to Newham hospital, after waiting there for 4-5 hours they given us paracetamol and said she is fine. Our daughter stopped eating and drinking for few days. then we kept going to GP and told them that our daughter is not eating anything. they said its normal, sometimes kids dont eat. Since sep2014 our daughter was on liquids only. She stopped eating solid foods. In Dec2015 we went to Pakistan for holidays and our daughter got sick and got chest infection, In Pakistan doctors done an xray and we came to know that there is a coin in her throat (esophagus ). we came back to UK immediately and went to Queens hospital and they referred us to GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital). we meet Miss Clare Rees there, she explained us everything in details and told us that its not a coin, actually its a BUTTON BATTERY :( that was very scary news for us but Miss Clare Rees and her team really helped us alot. Miss Rees was always there to help us and updated us about the situation. On 25th Jan 2016 Miss Clare Rees and her team removed the Battery and now our daughter is much better than before. she started eating semi-solid foods and hopefully she will start eating solid food soon. Thanks alot Miss Rees and your team. we really appreciate your help and efforts for improving our child's health. Thanks & Regards Mr & Mrs Shah
