Having understood totally, the very complicated and urgent problem we were having with our disabled son, Miss Rees went above and beyond to get my son onto her surgery list in the fastest time possible.
Miss Rees spent some time with us before our son's op to clarify everything and to make sure our son was well. She also spent time with us after the op to clearly explain the events of the op, post-surgery advice and to allay any fears we had.
Miss Rees is very personable, has a sense of humour but is very professional. I am very glad that we were assigned to her list and extremely grateful for her care of our son.
