Clare Rees listened and acted on what we were saying. Took time to think about the best course of action for our daughter and to help make things easier and less time consuming for us. It felt she really put herself in our shoes and gave us the time and consideration needed. It is very reassuring when this happens and very important, as bringing up a child with medical difficulties puts an additional strain on the family, from a practical and emotional point of view. It can be disheartening when progress is slow or you put in a lot of time repeatedly going to appointments, with no apparent actions being taken.
