Miss Rees is a senior colleague of mine. She is great at what she does simply because she puts her heart and soul! She is a very intelligent and hard worker surgeon who honestly cares not only about her patients but also about their families. She is particularly good at communicating with relatives and colleagues, she inspires confidence and professionalism. As a senior colleague, she is generous, understanding and very supportive. I also admire her as she is a very complete human being. She is a role model to other female surgeon colleagues as she is a surgeon and a mother. I am delighted to have met her and I am grateful to her for inspiring me and making me believe that with lots of effort a female surgeon can also have a fulfilling personal life.
