Clare Rees was very professional, friendly and approachable. She explained the procedure with a really good level of detail so that it was easy to understand. She also came to see me as soon as the operation was over and let me know how it had gone. My 11 year old son found her easy to understand and we both quickly felt very confident in her capable hands. Along with the rest of the team at Chelsea and Westminster she could not have done more to make something relatively unpleadant as easy and painless as possible.
