I have been a patient of Dr. Fleming for over 2 years and I cannot praise her highly enough. She always listens to what I have to say and talks through the options for treatment with me before prescribing anything. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing some problems even though we have tried many different treatments but this is not down to the doctor. I cannot fault the service she has given me, it far outweighs the service I was receiving from my own GP before I stated seeing Dr. Fleming. Dr. Fleming is an asset to the NHS and I wish more doctors were like her. She is kind, compassionate and very easy to talk to. The clinic that I attend is very often running late, but this is a minor thing when you are receiving the kind of care that Dr. Fleming gives. Please note, this is not a complaint as I am more than happy to wait to see Dr. Fleming for the care she provides. Possibly longer appointment times are needed but obviously I don't know how long the waiting list is for her clinic and how many patients she has to see. All in all, I am very happy with the service Dr. Fleming provides.
