Dr. Fleming is very knowledgeable. She is a good listener, very understanding and takes the time to explain conditions to her clients and explain the most suitable medication to alleviate their symptoms while also giving the patient the opportunity to make an educated choice. She is very approachable and I felt at ease in her company. She is a kind and considerate person. Being able to improve the health and quality of life of her patients is of paramount importance.

I saw Dr Fleming on January 01st 2022. I was seen promptly upon arrival, in a pleasant consulting room; she was pleasant, friendly and easy to talk with. She listened carefully and was encouraging and positive. I believe that what she prescribed has definitely improved my symptoms and I hope to return for a review in a month or two.

I met with Charlotte Fleming recently having had a poor response from my GP to my request for HRT. She questioned me carefully about my medical history and symptoms. She was friendly and very understanding. I was made to feel that I mattered and that the detrimental impact of peri menopause can be treated and improved upon. I’m so glad that she was recommended to me. Now that I have been prescribed the necessary HRT I already feel much better and my symptoms have greatly improved.

I valued the space to be heard… in terms of improvement I would only suggest a longer appointment of an hour, although the cost would become a factor in terms of self funding.
