Charlotte Fleming was very friendly and extremely thorough during the consultation.
I felt totally understood and able to make an informed decision with regard to my condition.
Her follow up letter to me, with copies to my surgeon and GP, reflected what we had discussed during my appointment and was very helpful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
