I appreciated so much the care, professionalism and time given to me by Cathy and her team. They did a very thorough job on my vein and took time to help me understand and make the best decision. The follow up by emails and subsequent visits were brilliant and very reassuring, and I'm so glad to have had her and her team helping me. I also appreciated the calm and fun atmosphere they have established and felt very looked after and safe. Thank you. Jenny
