Miss McGuinness is extremely thorough with history taking, she rang me prior to my appointment and discussed the possible problem and options of treatment.
She gave me a very detailed explanation of the procedure I was to have.
She has an excellent team and Miss McGuinness and the team all supported me throughout the procedure.
I was given written information to take home which was very helpful.
I had a telephone appointment the next day to confirm all was well.
Follow up care has been very good.
