Catharine was immediately empathetic and strived to appreciate my objectives in seeking treatment. Throughout, she was communicative and engaging, on the one hand explaining what she planned and why, while on the other seeking feedback from me.
Importantly from my point of view, she was positive and encouraging.
Her timekeeping was good.
