Miss Chaudry came to speak to me before my operation and put me totally at ease. She was very friendly and professional, and I felt very confident in her hands. At no time did I feel any doubts or fear of the outcome.
At the post-op meeting she was again friendly and encouraging and fully answered all of my questions.
What could have been a very stressful situation from the beginning became completely bearable due to the kindness and care from her and her team.
