What a wonderful patient experience! What a wonderful clinician!
When I was first referred to Ms Shahid I was experiencing the most extreme menopause symptoms and was quite low.
At my first appointment, she immediately put me at ease. She listened and when discussing my extensive clinical history it was clear she had read my notes and understood my background. Ms Shahid spent time to ensure I understood the recommendations she was making, and why, and the course of action she felt best suited. I went away feeling cared for and understood.
At my follow up appointment I came in beaming as I was now feeling great! I could not thank her enough. Her holistic approach, support and recommendations have certainly been transformative. I cannot recommend her enough.
