Knowing that dealing with the menopause and its changes can be a long term ordeal is daunting but Dr Shahid lets you know she is with you. Early menopause (40) left me with no peers to discuss it with which was quite isolating. Symptoms and problems may come and go and change as you plough through but Dr Shahid listens to you and helps you get to the right HRT to alleviate symptoms and allow life to continue and be fun again!
