Dr Shahid made me feel very reassured, confident and safe before and after my operation. I felt so lucky to have a doctor like her take care of me and I was not that nervous for my operation, knowing she will be the one doing it! I think having this positive attitude actually makes a difference to recovery and makes you feel physically better! Thank you so much to her and all the other staff at Whipps Cross Hospital who were amazing, I will never forget it!
