I was seen by Ann Lyons and could not have been more grateful for her clear concise and compassionate care. It was brief, as on a morning ward round following an emergency admission.
I had felt confused and vulnerable having been seen by 3 different consultant until that point.
Her style was to the point but delivered in a way that I knew I had an experienced expert in my camp. It was very reassuring and I was able to understand what I should not and could not do going forward.
