Miss Hazari was very pleasant at my first consultation and took time to explain about my operation. On the day of my operation I saw Miss Hazari for less than 5 minutes while her team talked me through my operation and marked me for surgery and then I did not see Miss Hazari again until last week - 6 months later. My operation was successful and luckily there were no complications but I do feel that I did not establish any rapport with Miss Hazari as I hardly saw her.
