Miss Bond "repaired " my hernia. This was my second hernia repair. The first one I came round from and had a small incision under my belly button and the following morning had a little discomfort which passed by mid morning with no other pain. Miss Bond hernia repair results were. Doubling the size of the incision under the belly button and another insission 4 inches lower. The night following the operation I woke up wanting to pee every 4 minutes. I felt totally shattered the following morning. I spoke to Miss Bond secretary (10:00am) I was promised a return phone call. Miss Bond returned my phone call at 18:00 hrs. Instructing me to go back to Newhall hospital straight away for a procedure. Everything would be arranged. On arriving at Newhall hospital 19:00 hrs they were not expecting me. Miss Bond had made no arrangements. I ended up having a catheter fitted for a week, Returning to Newhall hospital after a week to see how much my bladder was holding after peeing. My abdomen felt like it had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson my bladder was bruised. After having the catheter removed a week later. To stop waking for a pee I had to take anti-inflammatory tablets. The hernia "repair" is still uncomfortable 9 weeks later.
