Alexandra and the staff around her at the Royal London make you realise and appreciate the importance and the huge benefit the NHS brings to people. We are very fortunate to have a team that's very pleasant and understanding of patients needs. My mum and I (and especially my mum) felt at ease from the word go despite her nervousness at the beginning. Alexandra truly exemplifies what every doctor should be like. Thank you.
