First of all I must begin by saying thanks to Miss Lawrence & her team especially the Jamaican nurse who called to ascertain whether I was attending my appointment. It was a blessing she did as I had not received the letter. The other nurse was also very helpful and kind.
Now for the Doctor, she was extremely attentive and calming. She was very good at explaining everything that she was going to do. She asked in my opinion all the right questions and made me feel very much at ease during the embarrassing part. To be honest I was quite taken aback about the time and patience that was extended to me. Can't find enough adjectives to describe her excellent bedside manner.
Very happy outpatient.
Shocked that this type of care happens in 2017. Thought it was gone.
