Dr Lawrence is a truly excellent gynaecologist, highly specialised and efficient but also warm and compassionate. Due to her deep expertise and outstanding reputation, I always felt safe in her hands. As a result, I felt a lot less anxious. I was lucky to come across Dr Lawrence's profile in 2017 and attended her clinic to have my hormone levels checked. While these were normal, Dr Lawrence's sharp diagnostic instincts led to the discovery of a couple of unrelated abnormalities - one of which could eventually have been life-threatening had it not been detected. I had a few minimally invasive surgeries (including a Lletz procedure), all of which were successful, and I just found out today that I am totally in the clear. The results of my Lletz procedure were better than I imagined and Dr. Lawrence did a truly brilliant job. What I like about her is that she is efficient, caring and knows exactly when to intervene medically to achieve the best outcomes. She takes a minimally invasive approach to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is also able to provide a balanced and realistic perspective when problems arise (for example, when I was diagnosed with a uterine polyp, she was able to advise on the strong likelihood of this being benign in someone of my age, profile etc.). I found this reassurance very helpful. I also learned a lot from Dr. Lawrence about gynaecological and women's health in general. Overall, a great experience. I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Lawrence.
