Dr Alexandra Lawrence was very professional, Polite and extremely understanding.
My procedure was explained to me in detail before, during and after.
Most doctors are so busy with their daily procedures that they don't find time to talk, but not in Miss Lawrence's case, this is what the NHS needs more doctors like her.
I have to state that her assistant's were so kind and helpful.
