I visited Dr. Lawrence to treat my BV at HCA and she was very friendly and professional during the appointment. However, the administration/prescription process was an absolutely terrible experience that I ended up only receiving the right prescription 2 months after my appointment (1 month was taken to receive my test result). Her new assistant Julia is also highly incompetent and caused me tremendous frustration throughout the process. Unfortunately, she is the only contact to reach Dr. Lawrence so it will be worse if your condition is more severe/urgent than mine. If Dr. Lawrence sees this review, please seriously consider not to use Pharmacierge as your only prescription method and change your assistant before more patients lose confidence like me because you have no doubt on your competency. you.
