From 'flash to bang' diagnosis to procedure it took about 4 weeks to deal with my inguinal hernia. (open under local anaesthesia). Martin was open, empathetic and communicative. He had a great rapport with his team and the whole procedure was conducted efficiently and with clear expertise. I had no qualms during the procedure and he explained everything as he went along. He clearly prefers the open techniques and having now had the procedure I would struggle to see how a laparoscopic approach could be as effective. I haven't got back on my road cycle yet but that is down to the awful weather and roads. He is a 'top man'. I am really pleased that I found him and you van be sure that you are in safe hands.
