Martin was instantly sympathetic, diagnosed my hernia (previously mis-diagnosed by the NHS) and offered me an op at a very early date.
On the day he, and all the team, displayed a fine blend of care and efficiency.
He followed up by telephone two days later to make sure all was well. It was!
