I am a patient of Mr Zia Carrim he said I needed injections in both eyes due to Wet Macula Degeneration I was terrified just thinking about this treatment and he assured me that I would be alright and I quickly got an appointment at Seacroft Hospital
When I arrived I was quickly put at ease during my first treatment a nurse held my hand to reassure me ,the Dr explained everything he was going to do and I relaxed ,there was no pain what so ever ,the only discomfort I had was when it was done it was difficult being in the light but they explained next time to fetch sunglasses ,which I did .
I am now due for my third treatment this month ,I have already noticed a small improvement in my sight .
I cannot praise the cleanliness at this hospital and all the staff are wonderful from the receptionist to the nursing staff and doctors yours sincerely Mrs S Wells
