I was very anxious when I was admitted for repair of a retinal tear several weeks ago, Mr Carrim was very kind and polite, he explained what he was going to and made me feel much more at ease. I noticed from their comments while I was waiting to go into the theatre how all the staff seemed to think very highly of him.
On subsequent clinic visits I have found Mr Carrim very professional and knowledgable, he always makes me feel welcome and at ease. He explains my condition in terms which I find easy to understand and takes time to answer my questions carefully.
I know I will need further eye surgery in the near future and I'm very happy to know that it will be Mr Carrim that will be doing it.
