I have been a patient at Saxonbrook Medical Centre for nearly three years now and have received excellent service. Dr Taylor is professional, caring, kind, polite and understanding, always explains everything in detail and is thorough when trying to trace the cause of a problem. I have never felt rushed during a consultation and have been treated with kindness, empathy and respect. I cannot praise her enough. My only issue with the practice is the difficulty in getting an appointment with a named GP. This often means waiting for two to three weeks. An emergency consultation can be made when required but this leads to a lack of consistency. In conclusion I suppose this lack of availability of appointments is a sign of their success but is a common issue throughout the country at present. The receptionists and all auxiliary staff are consistently polite and helpful which alleviates and reduces the above comment.
