Dr Lau listened to my problem with sleep disorder and agreed to prescribe a new medication I asked for after asking me a number of relevant questions. It was refreshing to speak to a doctor who was concerned and open to suggestions. She made time at the end of her working day to check up on me through a video call which was much appreciated. For a long time I have felt doctors don’t listen until meeting Dr Lau! She listened, understood and actioned a real breath of fresh air! Reinstated my hope from GP’s and a credit to lister house.
