My first time dealing with Dr Walter and completely baffled by his attitude. Had a telephone appointment and from the first moment he was aggressive, rude and didn’t let me speak or was willing to listen to me. Ended with him hanging up on me when I asked to speak to reception regarding his attitude. Thankfully I was able to speak to one of the other GP’s who was brilliant. Will be ensuring I never have to speak to Dr Walter again at the surgery.
