A superb first experience with Dr Muller (both our children had appointments). We got stuck in awful traffic so were 30 minutes late and pretty frazzled - but he and Kate (the lead paediatric nurse at SJPC) went out of their way to accommodate us, and did so with warmth and kindness. Dr Muller listened intently to the various medical issues and concerns we raised - and responded carefully and directly to each of them with the perfect balance of clinical information (his vast NHS experience of COVID in children was incredibly useful), and thoughtful consideration of our personal circumstances. He was wonderful with the children, who both took to him instantly. A big thank you from two very grateful parents and our children. The Crains
