We had a terrifying near-choking experience with our oldest child, one of my worst fears since i became a mother some 10 years ago. Dr Müller was clear and direct with his advice when we exchanged messages in the aftermath of the event, including about the limitations of remote management. Thankfully, our child’s symptoms immediately resolved - but we had a hundred questions and needed to try and understand the “how, why, what” of it. He made time to talk to us by video call to take a full history. He has an ability to really tap into the parent’s panic and concern and so provides comprehensive and reassuring answers - while always keeping the child’s perspective front and centre (guarding against the risk of eating anxiety). And this with a demeanour that is calm, patient, warm and kind. We are super grateful. The Crains
