I took my 6yr old son to urgent care in Hartlepool, as I knew my son wasn’t how his doctor had initially said, in urgent care he seen Dr Wasif Razzaq and upon him access my son, he seen he needed urgent medical care, so had him admitted into hospital with suspected appendicitis. My son was in absolute agony and had been for 3days, long story short my sons appendix had burst and he had a abscess what had also burst on his stomach lining, he was really poorly if it wasn’t for this doctor I Prbs would of been arranging funeral now. I can not thank this doctor enough :)

Dr Razzaq has been the best GP I have ever been to. He listened to my concerns and acted in accordance with his training and experience. His Doctor / Patient engagement really relaxed me and bolstered my faith in the NHS again (after having some bad experiences with a senior doctor at the same surgery).
