We saw Dr Hyer in private clinic for our daughter's stomach ache. My 11 years old daughter suffering from stomach ache since February. We struggled to get NHS appointments due to COVID situations. When we came to Dr Hyer , he listened to us and he promised us there will be no further delay .He explained us, why my daughter is experiencing these stomach aches and other symptoms. Dr Hyer and his team booked her for endoscopy and colonoscopy at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Less than a month my daughter was diagnosed for Crohn's disease and she started the treatment .
Dr Hyer is very responsive ,friendly and professional. He helped us understand about the test results and treatment . My daughter is very happy with Dr Hyer . She is deaf and she wears cochlear implants , Dr Hyer would talk to her slowly with giving eye contact. He make sures she understood the condition. She is confident that she can get better.
