We were recommended to use dr Hyer by a colleague who had great success with their experience So after over a year of suffering with eczema we decided to book our child to see dr Hyer We were immediately put at ease as we walked into the room He was very gentle, empathetic and very thorough He even schooled us on eczema and allergy to help us understand things on a more scientific level We had our older child with us who he also accommodated by giving her some toys The entire appointment he was very attentive and did not try to rush us He was available on email and replied pretty quick During our follow up our older daughter was looking forward to seeing him again His attention to detail and knowledge filled us with confidence we knew our child was in very capable hands He is very friendly with both adults and children, he was very approachable and gave us the confidence we needed to help treat our child- his sense of humour also made an otherwise daunting experience pretty fun A very lovely lovely person as well as highly professional and very good at what he does I am gutted that we won’t see him again as he was a huge breath of fresh air and we will be forever grateful for his help which has allowed our daughter to be 80-90% eczema free and living her best life I would highly recommend him he’s definitely one in a million If only there were more drs like him
