During our consultation with Dr Hyer, he engaged with my son, and explained and spoke directly to him, my son appreciated that, and felt reassured.
In addition Dr Hyer helped myself and my wife by clearly explaining the processes and how we were progressing. He gave our concerns a serious and considered response .
I really felt "no stone would be left unturned" so as to get to the bottom of my son's illness.
Dr Hyer helped us move quickly through the diagnostics and get us involved with the care teams we needed.
Myself and my wife really felt that after 6-8 months of ambivalence from our GP we had at last found someone who wanted to help, and did. My son is now on the road to recovery and feeling a lot better.
