My daughter has autism and massive gastro issues which NHS failed to acknowledge for years till I took her overseas to see one of the best due to the thorough investigations given my daughter continues to make good progress. Dr Warren when he finally saw us was very apologetic about the wait and agreed to continue with the treatment suggested. He wrote a very impressive letter to my daughters GP who has a times proved difficult reassuring him that he was happy with the care and would continue with the treatment .At the end of the letter he said that he would do everything within his powers to support us in the years to come ,if need be ,and has asked that I contact his secretary if I ever feel the need to with regards to a crisis . All in all the letter did bring tears to my eyes it's been hard to get treatment and understanding of my child's issues . I am grateful for his admission of the long wait and I am grateful for his understanding .I did not get to say thank you as such but I say it here thank you sir. The only reason I cant give 5 stars with regards to trust is the NHS and as Dr warren is part of the NHS he should take some responsibility for the disservice my daughter has had
