I have Seen Dr Notley before and saw her today and dispute being quite worried she listened to what I had to say , gave me some really practical infirmation and talked me through my options before going ahead and prescribing me ongoing treatment. I received clear direction on taking my medication and follow up appointments and their relevance and advice on Pre booking my next appointment as it can be difficult to get one. I feel the service I got was brilliant but I would like the appointment system looking at as it's stressful and upsetting at present.
