Dr Viveinne Ezzatt did my cardiac ablation, from the very start I felt confidence in what she was going to do, her explanations were given to me at patient level and I was not palmed off with confusing medical jargon. Vivienne is friendly and managed to keep me calm as I nervously entered the lab. I cannot fault Dr or her team, kind, caring and professional.
